Prices are for the rental of the entire property per week

Payments are accepted in Euros or pound sterling with the exchange rate set at the time of booking

A Security Bond of 200 euros is payable at least one month prior to arrival. This will be held and returned within one month of departure providing that Maison Danton has been left clean and tidy and no damage has occurred

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm any reservation. This deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation. The purchase of a comprehensive travel insurance package is recommended.
 

The balance of rent is payable not less than eight weeks before the start of the rental period.  If payment is not received by the due date the owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within eight weeks of the commencement of the rental period must be accompanied by the full amount of the rental due. 

The Rental Period shall commence between 16.00 H and 19H on the first day and finish at 9.00  H on the last day of the rental period. Early arrivals may be possible however should be requested in advance at least one month prior to arrival. If you require a late arrival please let the owner know.
